Shakeela Naz Rajput, founder of S.Naz.Rajput Global Entrepreneurship Pvt Ltd (SNRGE). She was born into a Rajput family and hails from Quetta, Balochistan. Her mission for SNRGE is shattering barriers for women by harnessing the collective skills of both men and women in Pakistan Balochistan in particular.
She received an engineering scholarship that laid the foundation for her multifaceted career. Today, she is an entrepreneur, engineer, certified public accountant, auditor, tax advisor, postgraduate certified human resource professional, corporate governance specialist and a retired Squadron Leader from the Pakistani Air Force.
Shakeela Naz Rajput is a strategic and transformational leader with over 25 years of experience who developed and executed both strategic and tactical initiatives to address business-critical issues in all operational phases including start-up and turnaround situations. She led diversified geographical workforces and secured a reputation for ensuring good governance combined with productivity and creativity. She is an expert in project management and employee engagement, using tried and trusted principles and frameworks, and is capable of building and maintaining stakeholders' trust as a priority in business and operations.
She mentors women, men, students, education, industry, and small businesses, and advises C-level executives, helping many industries to increase revenues by introducing entrepreneurial ideas through strategy, entrepreneurship, leadership, business development, project management, communication and stakeholder management.

Goals
1 — Involves leading educational institutions and educational leaders through a 4- Element program to identify and select 100 skilled women/girls aged 16-25 from various regions of Pakistan, emphasizing inclusivity and diversity.
2 — Entails showcasing these talented individuals on a global platform, highlighting their potential as entrepreneurs, and seeking investment opportunities to empower Balochistan through their business ventures.
3 — Involves recognizing and awarding 100 Principals/Vice Chancellors, 100 men/boys/supporters who have played pivotal roles in empowering and supporting these women and girls on their entrepreneurial journey, fostering a culture of collaboration and encouragement in the community.
