SNRGE's mission is to bring the collective skills of both women and men to overcome the barriers and divides that have prevented women from reaching their full potential in business and life in Pakistan.
Men and women are crucial elements of a society's human capital, both needing quality education and skills to prosper in life and work. Pakistan is modestly improving in this area, yet Balochistan requires additional focus to convert this potential into tangible growth. In Balochistan, women embody culture and traditions, but due to developmental deficits, their capabilities remain underutilized, impacting the region's advancement and men's lives. Typically, men bear the household management burden, and with low literacy and scarce access to innovative and secure facilities, women's reliance on men for time management and support persists. This dependence can cause daily activity delays for both genders.
As time emerges as a vital global asset, Balochistan must hasten its development, achievable only when both genders acknowledge the urgency.
To tackle this urgency and enlighten current and future generations, SNRGE is eliminating barriers that delay women's progress and affect mental health for all. These obstacles impede not only women's development in Pakistan, Balochistan in particular, but also the health, wealth, and prosperity of men. SNRGE has launched a program to surmount these challenges, equipping the next generation for success in their careers and businesses. The program comprises four elements, culminating in "The Global Future Innovative Principals and Vice Chancellors Summit."
